Post Operative Hair Wash

You should know that it is very important to wash the hair as shown the day after the operation.

This is why patients come to the clinic for the first wash, because we are doing a demonstration that allows patients to better understand how to wash their hair as well as the steps to follow during this protocol which lasts 15 days.

Washing Steps

Hair should be washed every day for 2 weeks.

First Week

The lotion must be applied to the transplanted part and left to act for 1 hour, then it should be rinsed with lukewarm water.

With the shampoo you have to massage the donor area, and with the foam you only have to tap on the transplanted part.

Second Week

The lotion must be applied to the transplanted part and left to act for 2 hours , then it should be rinsed with lukewarm water.

To dry the hair you just need to pat it with a towel, paying attention to the transplanted part.

Checks After the Surgery

We ask the patient to send us photos for a check-up 15 days after the operation to be sure that he has cleaned all the scabs. He is also asked for photos 1 month after the operation to check the level of the fall, 6 months, 9 months and 1 year after the surgery.
